■ Procedure after successful bid

A notice of successful bid email arrives from Yahoo auction automatically when you make a successful bid. The step 1 includes the link to "オーダーフォーム", please click that and enter necessary information such as your name, address and the means of payment.

When you made multiple successful bids, we will contact you to inform you of shipping charges for combined purchases.
Items you won will be held up to one week from your first successful bid day.　After a successful bid, please let us know if the item should be held.

■ Payment

We accept payments by band transfer, collect on delivery, and the Yahoo settlement. The bank charges or the collect on delivery fee must be paid by the customer. Please pay the total amount of the sale price and the postage.

The postage is 800 yen, Yu-Pack nationwide. However, please note that an item having "◎" behind the item number of the title is large product and that the postage is 2,500 yen, Sagawa Kyubin nationwide.

■ Shipping

The item will be shipped after receiving cleared payment. The item will be shipped out the next day after the payment has been confirmed. If you don’t receive emails us, the emails could be in the Spam box possibly because of security software. Please check the Spam box before deleting messages.

◆◆◆　RETURN POLICY　◆◆◆

Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described. And we will not accept any requests for returns that are made after 8 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us within seven days from product arrival by any chance if the item has problem due to our error. We will issue refund and also pay the return postage.

If damage or loss occurs before shipment of an item and we cannot send the item, we will contact you and refund the tax-included successful bid price and postage of the item immediately. Please understand that we cannot send a replacement or something similar.

For items that are shipped out overseas, we do not accept any requests for returns and refunds. We cannot send out ivory products and tortoiseshell products and swords abroad.

SHIPMENT
Shipping Options:
Surface mail: Sea mail. Because transportation by the surface mail does not have good handling of products, we do not recommend it.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
